Graphics knowledge Excellent communication skills - you have no problem asking questions, problem solving and communicating via email and over the phone. Education Requirements Associates or Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field (required) Responsibilities

• Create proofs / logos that are used for production and customer approval Making sure artwork is ready for production / saved in the correct file format Answering emails and phone calls from sales pros / production team regarding order statuses, mockup and/or logo questions, production decorating issues.

You will be communicating between multiple departments within production and sales pros - this will require some running around to make sure all departments are informed of any changes to an order/artwork. Use graphics knowledge when rendering art files - always paying attention to spelling, colors, size, etc. to make sure it meets our standards and production needs.
