Job Description

From storefronts to vehicle wraps, we combine cutting edge technology with creativity and clear communication to deliver stunning results and seamless customer experiences. Now we're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to be the face and voice of IGIT. The first impression for walk-ins, callers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and clients with professionalism and a warm, friendly demeanor Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails Manage scheduling for consultations, installations, and design meetings Support the design and production teams with administrative tasks Maintain a clean, well-branded front office/reception area Assist with order tracking, client communications, and follow-ups Input client information and update records in our database Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
