Some of the responsibilities of this position are: Design materials for catalogs, flyers brochures, ads, social media, email, web and in-store signage. Support the Creative Director in the development and execution of creative projects. Collaborate with the Marketing Team on design needs for print, digital, retail, and product-focused initiatives. Assist with production design work, including preparing files for print and digital distribution. Maintain consistency with Keim brand standards across all designed materials. Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional marketing efforts. Some of the requirements of this position are: Supports and applies Keim's Core Values, Mission & Vision. Graphic Design experience, degree or certification. Experience working in marketing, product marketing, communications, or a related creative field. Strong graphic design skills with a proven design portfolio. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow brand standards and design direction.
