Job Description

Ripley s Myrtle Beach is currently seeking a creative and innovative designer who enjoys storytelling through transformative and unconventional designs. This is not a remote position. As a Graphic Designer, you ll play a vital role in enhancing and supporting the marketing and branding efforts for all Ripley s Myrtle Beach attractions. You ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, copywriters, and web developers to interpret needs, objectives, and strategic creative direction to create captivating designs that support the brand and amplify the product experience story.
Key Responsibilities:
Create dynamic graphic design across diverse projects and mediums, aligning with business objectives and goals. Collaborate with managers to ensure designs meet organizational guidelines and brand expectations, accurately convey concepts, and effectively showcase the company or client. Manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, adhere to budget constraints, and prioritize project implementation, while also being able to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously. Facilitate communication between the Marketing Manager, Asst. Marketing Manager, and local vendors. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video. Work team member shifts as scheduled by Manager Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong creativity and innovative design skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with print, digital, web, and motion design. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Photography, videography, and editing experience preferred. Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple deadlines. Willingness to support special projects across departments and attractions. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work. Tourism or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
