High School Diploma or its equivalent Knowledgeable and adept at using computer and office software programs to design and implement various projects. Maintain confidentiality about donors, their families, and other employees and students outside the school Knowledge of customer service principles and practices a plus Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events Able to work with and through other employees and volunteers to complete projects. Born again Christian who knows the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. (John 3:3, 1 Peter 1:23) Views the Bible as the only inerrant, infallible and inspired Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16). REPORTS TO

POSITION OVERVIEW
Work with and through people to prepare as needed on projects to create and implement including the PA Magazine, programs, appeals, website updates, landing pages, etc.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work conscientiously with a minimum of supervision using standardized procedures Greets individuals entering/exiting the development office (e.g. visitors, parents, students, vendors, etc. Develops project plans for each project. Design and implement Scholarship Dinner materials including the program, the menu of opportunities and updates the website as needed. Write, design, and coordinate various appeals via snail mail, email, social media and other as needed. Design and Implement Programs, Flyers, Hand-outs, Images, Christmas Cards and Posters (paper and online) as needed. Work with team members and mailworks as needed to implement projects. Other duties as assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
12 Month Position 21 Hours per week/5-7 hours in the summer •Tuition discount for school age students•
