Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Artist with experience creating artwork for the textile and apparel printing. The designs will be printed directly onto fabric and used to produce costumes, uniforms and performance wear. Duties Develop and execute visual designs for sublimation. Prepare and format designs into accurate, print ready files. Ensure proper sizing, resolution, color, placement and pattern alignment. Prepare design files for print production, ensuring color accuracy, proper file formats, and prepress requirements are met. Understand how artwork will translate onto different garment pieces and fabric. Coordinate and manage the workflow from completed artwork to printing, sublimation and production. Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma to produce high-quality artwork Requirements Proven experience in professional art or design roles with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard tools. Solid understanding of color theory, typography design for media and layout design. Knowledge of photo editing, photo manipulation, digital art creation, and video editing techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
