The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining product packaging, labels, marketing materials, sales collateral, digital graphics, promotional materials, and other visual assets. This position will work closely with management, sales, marketing, production, and operations to ensure designs are visually effective, brand consistent, accurate, and prepared correctly for their intended use. The ideal candidate combines strong creative ability with excellent attention to detail and understands how to take a project from initial concept through final production. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Development Create professional visual materials consistent with established company and brand standards. Develop graphics for print, digital, product, sales, and marketing applications. Maintain consistency across company brands, product lines, and marketing materials. Develop and maintain brand assets, including logos, typography, color standards, templates, and supporting graphics. Create new design concepts based on project objectives and company direction. Update and revise existing artwork as products, branding, or business needs change. Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines. Product Packaging & Label Design Design and update product packaging, labels, pouches, cartons, boxes, displays, and other product-related materials. Create artwork using established packaging templates and dielines. Prepare production-ready artwork according to printer and vendor specifications. Verify dimensions, bleed, resolution, color settings, and other technical requirements before files are released. Make revisions to packaging based on product, production, marketing, or regulatory requirements. Maintain organized versions of current and discontinued packaging artwork. Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors regarding artwork requirements and production files. Review digital and physical proofs for accuracy before final production approval. Marketing & Sales Materials Create sales sheets, product catalogs, brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, banners, signage, and promotional materials. Develop graphics for trade shows, events, displays, and other company initiatives. Create materials supporting new product launches and sales campaigns. Assist sales and account-management teams with customer-facing materials as needed. Develop templates that allow company materials to maintain a consistent professional appearance. Digital Content Create graphics for company websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms. Resize and adapt existing creative materials for different platforms and formats. Create promotional graphics for product launches, announcements, campaigns, and events. Prepare product images and other digital assets for online use. Maintain organized libraries of approved digital assets. Print & Production Coordination Prepare and package design files for commercial printing and production. Communicate with printers, packaging vendors, and other outside suppliers regarding artwork specifications. Review vendor proofs and identify errors or inconsistencies before production. Maintain accurate artwork dimensions, templates, dielines, and production specifications. Troubleshoot artwork and file issues that could affect print or production quality. Maintain final approved artwork and source files in an organized company filing system. Project & File Management Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Maintain organized project files, source files, fonts, images, templates, and final artwork. Follow established naming conventions and version-control procedures. Maintain an archive of current and previous designs. Track project status and communicate delays, questions, or required approvals. Ensure final files are properly reviewed and approved before release. Collaboration The Graphic Designer will work closely with: Marketing Sales and Account Management Product Development Production and Manufacturing Operations Management Customers and White-Label Clients, as needed Printers, packaging suppliers, and other outside vendors The Graphic Designer must be able to receive creative direction and feedback professionally while also providing recommendations based on design principles and production requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design ability required. Experience designing for both print and digital applications. Packaging or label design experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and branding. Understanding of commercial printing and print-production requirements. Experience preparing production-ready artwork. Ability to work with dielines and packaging templates preferred. Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product information and packaging. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple departments. Software & Technical Skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Experience with the following is beneficial: Adobe Acrobat Canva Microsoft Office Google Workspace Digital asset-management systems Project-management software Experience preparing vector artwork, high-resolution images, PDFs, and production-ready print files is strongly preferred. Education Associate's or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience and a strong design portfolio may be considered in place of formal education. Key Performance Expectations Performance in this position will be evaluated based on: Quality and accuracy of completed designs Consistency with company and brand standards Accuracy of product packaging and label artwork Quality of production-ready files Ability to meet project deadlines Organization and maintenance of design files Responsiveness to revisions and project requests Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Reduction of artwork and production errors Effective collaboration with internal departments and outside vendors Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Work hours are generally based on the company's standard business schedule; however, additional availability may occasionally be required to meet production deadlines, product launches, trade shows, or other business needs.

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
