BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Creates and produces visually engaging design concepts that communicate information, strengthen the City's brand identity, and support departmental marketing and communication goals. Responsible for developing creative assets for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, advertisements, newsletters, logos, presentations, and other promotional materials. Manages website content updates and produces informational video content. Ensures brand consistency across all materials while collaborating with departments and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Pre-employment keyboarding test (typing speed) minimum score is (30wpm).

2 S Graphically design and produce creative materials for digital and print use, including social media graphics, publications, advertisements, presentations, and other promotional collateral.
3 S Develop and maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms by applying established design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
4 S Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback to refine and improve final products.
5 S Update and manage content for the City's website, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, visually cohesive, and aligned with communication objectives.
6 S Develop, design, and edit video content for informational and promotional purposes, including scripting, filming, and post-production editing.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Description of Minimum Job Requirements-
Experience Over four years and up to and including eight years.
Education Requires Associate's degree, vocational technical degree or specialized training that is equivalent to satisfactory completion of two years of college education.
