ETC Group is looking for a creative and versatile Bilingual Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and work across our food brands, De Mi Pueblo, Sivareño and Juticalpa . We're looking for someone who can bring ideas to life across packaging, retail, digital marketing, social media and print. This is a hands-on creative position with the opportunity to work on different brands, campaigns, products and styles. What You'll Do Design marketing and promotional materials for our brands Create social media graphics and digital advertising Design flyers, catalogs, brochures, presentations and sales materials Create and update product labels and packaging Prepare professional print-ready production files Develop retail materials, including displays, signage and point-of-sale graphics Resize and adapt campaigns for different platforms and formats Retouch and prepare product photography when necessary Maintain consistency with each brand's visual identity Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns, product launches and promotions Help develop new creative concepts, not simply execute templates What We're Looking For Formal education or professional training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Advertising Design or a related creative field A degree is preferred but not required when supported by a strong professional portfolio Strong graphic design and visual communication skills Professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required Experience designing for both digital and print Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, color and visual hierarchy Ability to correctly prepare professional print-ready files Understanding of vector graphics, image resolution, bleed, color modes and file preparation for commercial printing Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously Organized, dependable and comfortable working with deadlines Bilingual English/Spanish required A Plus Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, Canva, photography or video editing Packaging and product label design experience Experience in food, beverage, consumer products, retail or multicultural marketing Knowledge and practical experience using AI creative tools for design, image generation, photo editing, concept development and content creation Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly or other generative AI platforms We value designers who understand how to combine traditional design skills with modern AI tools to improve creativity, productivity and workflow. Portfolio Required A portfolio is required to be considered for this position. We want to see actual creative work. Your portfolio can include branding, packaging, advertising, social media, print, photography, retail graphics or other projects that demonstrate your design ability and creative thinking.
