We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Industrial Designer to join our team at our Oceanside, CA facility. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who thrives on turning concepts into tangible, impactful retail solutions. Summary You will be responsible for creating and delivering outstanding retail fixtures and environments. Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and production teams, you'll transform concepts from sketches into fully realized productions. Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models, renders, and technical drawings using SolidWorks , Rhino 3D , and KeyShot Create clean, professional visual presentations using Adobe Creative Suite Collaborate with the sales team and clients to align concepts with goals and feedback Work directly with engineering and production to ensure feasibility and manufacturability Maintain documentation for designs, revisions, and project progress across departments Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related design field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product development Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D , SolidWorks , Adobe Illustrator , Photoshop , and InDesign Strong understanding of metal fabrication , plastics , and millwork Excellent mechanical design sensibility with attention to both form and function Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
