General Overview:
Seek and develop new and innovative ideas for products with designs, sketches, and storyboards using 3D capabilities to visualize and implement ideas.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Brings new age technologies and concepts to life through visual representations. This includes ideas for bats, protective equipment, balls, gloves, etc. Develops and creates product concepts for a commercialization level.Applies new age technology concepts and consumer vision to help promote designs to other business and marketing associates.
Create and maintain design documentation of quality 3D CAD data packages for modeling and prototyping to interface with Design Engineers and Graphics department.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Pursuing Industrial Design degree (must be currently enrolled in school, Junior standing or higher preferred).Experience with 3D design and modeling software NX or Solidworks preferred.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong affinity to develop an understanding of the ever-changing sporting goods market.
