Job Description

Job Overview .The truss designer will transform architectural and structural blueprints into precise, cost effective, and code compliant roof and floor truss layouts. He/she will use Alpine software to calculate load requirements, draft fabrication details, and collaborate closely with engineers, builders, and clients to ensure feasibility before production. The truss salesperson will find new construction clients like contractors, builders, and developers. He/she will build and keep long-term relationships with framing crews and lumberyards; and negotiate pricing, present project bids, and finalize contracts. In addition, the salesperson/ designer will oversee orders from the initial bid to final jobsite delivery.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
