Computer Science, UX, Product Design or related fields What you'll own Prototyping foundations — Build and maintain a proper Claude prototyping library/repo that teams build from . Ensure it starts from the right components and foundations, and keep GitHub structure (branching, versioning, contribution model) clean and scalable as teams adopt it. UI refresh — Lead the technical kickoff of our UI refresh across IDS, GBSG, and CGDS. Define which system/components apply where, set implementation patterns, and make sure the refresh is done right the first time so it doesn't create new tech debt. Accelerating PD — Get design experiences code-ready and pushed live faster. Partner with Product Design to define handoff processes that cut churn and shorten turnaround from design to shipped code

Skills:
