This role involves engaging with clients, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert guidance on interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have an eye for interior aesthetics. As a key representative of our brand, you will create a welcoming environment in our showroom while assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations. Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Assist customers in selecting products that align with their interior design visions. Support the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain the showroom's presentation, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with the team to stay informed about product features, new arrivals, and industry trends. Provide insights into interior design options and help clients visualize potential layouts or styles. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Assist with answering phones, scheduling, quotes and orders Assist with day-to-day showroom and office duties Requirements Strong client communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Passion for interior design and an understanding of current trends in home decor. Previous experience in sales and customer service is mandatory to be considered Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Organized with attention to detail in maintaining showroom displays and managing customer interactions. Ability to complete task in a timely matter. Previous experience with home renovations, remodeling, or residential construction is a plus Lighting experience is not required — we're willing to teach the right person our products and industry.
