SQFT Creation, the design division of a successful home remodeling and design-build company, is looking for a talented Interior Designer to help homeowners transform their spaces from concept to completion. If you're passionate about residential design, enjoy working directly with clients, and love turning ideas into beautiful, buildable plans, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, design goals, style preferences, and budget. Visit job sites to take field measurements and verify existing conditions. Create floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and presentation drawings using design software. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material presentations. Select cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, and other finishes. Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients. Assist clients throughout the design and material selection process. Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and ready for construction. Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of residential interior design experience . Proficiency in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 2020 Design, or similar software . Experience producing 2D plans and 3D renderings. Strong knowledge of residential construction, cabinetry, and finish materials. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits. Compensation $25-$35 per hour , based on experience.
