Your impact We're looking for a curious, motivated, and design driven Interior Design Intern to join our Interiors team in Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA. As part of our collaborative studio environment, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of project types focused on people spaces, while supporting our senior interior designers and contributing to dynamic, multi-disciplinary teams. From the early stages of interior design development to making your project come to life, we'll support you each step of the way. By diving deep into the technical, conceptual and material aspects of the design process, you'll help create world-class work for our clients. You'll get the chance to create and prepare sample boards, developing detailed construction documents to execute the desired design while gaining real world experience in software such as Revit, BIM and AutoCAD. In this role, you will have exposure to real-life projects including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design presentations, construction documentation, and material research. To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication and organization skills to collaborate with our interdisciplinary team and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. You will support our teams in delivering high quality solutions to our clients most critical needs which requires a high level of detail orientation, an eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset. Here's what you'll need Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program for Interior Design or Interior Architecture from a FIDER or CIDA accredited program General knowledge of current furniture, material and building finish products Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper and other visualization tools Ideally, you'll also have: 3.0+ GPA two years collegiate coursework completed Working knowledge Revit and AutoCAD Knowledge in LEED requirements Previous internship experience with an interior design, architecture or engineering firm or government agency

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
