Comprehensive benefits package, 6 weeks PTO, company vehicle, company phone, and company laptop About White Coat Realty White Coat Realty is a newly founded real estate and lifestyle services company created specifically for healthcare professionals. Founded by Cameron Gregory, Psychologist & Psychiatrist, White Coat Realty was built around a simple belief: professionals who dedicate their careers to caring for others deserve a real estate experience that takes care of them. We specialize in serving physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, healthcare executives, medical professionals, and others throughout the healthcare community. But White Coat Realty isn't being built as a traditional real estate company. We're creating a full-cycle real estate and concierge experience that can take a client from searching for the right property to walking into a thoughtfully designed, fully prepared home on closing day.
Our concierge model may include:
Interior design and furnishing Housekeeping and home organization Private chef services Nutrition and wellness services Personal styling and wardrobe services Move-in and home setup coordination Lifestyle and household concierge services Additional customized services based on the client's needs Our goal is to remove as much friction as possible from the home-buying experience. Our clients handle their careers. We handle home. The Opportunity White Coat Realty is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly client-focused Interior Designer to become a key member of our concierge services team. This isn't a traditional interior design position. You'll work directly with clients purchasing homes through White Coat Realty to transform their new property into a space that reflects their lifestyle, personality, profession, and individual needs. Depending on the client's selected services, your involvement may begin before closing and continue through furnishing, installation, organization, styling, and final reveal. For some clients, the goal will be ambitious: They close on the home, receive their keys, and walk into a space that's already finished. Furniture is in place. Art is hung. Beds are made. Closets are organized. The kitchen is stocked. The details have been handled. Creating that experience will be at the heart of this position. What You'll Do Client Design & Consultation You'll serve as the primary design expert for White Coat Realty clients utilizing our interior design services.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive design consultations with clients. Assess each client's aesthetic preferences, lifestyle, functional needs, budget, and project expectations. Develop personalized design concepts for newly purchased homes. Create mood boards, design presentations, layouts, furniture plans, and other visual concepts. Recommend furniture, lighting, artwork, window treatments, rugs, accessories, finishes, and décor. Help clients develop a cohesive aesthetic throughout their new home. Provide recommendations that balance design, functionality, quality, and budget. Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients. Revise concepts based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines. Full-Service Home Setup You'll help us deliver one of White Coat Realty's defining experiences: a home that can be fully prepared for the client by closing or move-in. Depending on the project, you may: Design and furnish entire residences. Source furniture, artwork, accessories, lighting, linens, and décor. Coordinate purchasing and delivery schedules. Oversee furniture installation and placement. Coordinate art and television installation. Arrange final styling and accessorizing. Coordinate closet and home organization. Work with housekeeping teams to ensure homes are professionally prepared. Coordinate kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and household setup when included in the client's concierge package. Conduct final walkthroughs before client arrival. Ensure the finished home meets White Coat Realty's presentation and quality standards. The goal isn't simply to decorate a property. It's to make it feel like the client's home before they ever move in. Concierge Team Collaboration Interior design is only one component of the White Coat Realty experience. You'll collaborate with our broader concierge network, which may include: Realtors Housekeeping professionals Professional organizers Private chefs Nutrition professionals Personal stylists Movers Furniture vendors Contractors Handymen Technology installers Art installers Landscape professionals Other lifestyle and home-service partners You'll help coordinate these services so the client's experience feels seamless rather than like a collection of unrelated vendors. For example, you may collaborate with a private chef to determine kitchen equipment and organization needs, a professional organizer on closet layouts, or a stylist to ensure wardrobe storage works for the client's lifestyle. Every detail should feel intentional. Project & Vendor Management Great design requires exceptional execution. You'll be responsible for helping projects move from concept to completion by: Develop and maintain project timelines. Establish budgets and track project spending. Source and evaluate furniture, décor, materials, and vendors. Obtain quotes and proposals from vendors. Coordinate orders, deliveries, installations, and returns. Maintain strong relationships with furniture showrooms, suppliers, contractors, installers, and other partners. Monitor product availability and proactively address delays. Identify alternatives when products become unavailable or timelines change. Coordinate access to properties with the White Coat Realty team. Maintain accurate records of selections, purchases, budgets, and project status. Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members regarding project progress. Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally. You'll be expected to treat the client's budget with the same care you would your own while maintaining the quality associated with the White Coat Realty brand. Design Standards & Brand Development Because White Coat Realty is a new company, you'll also have an opportunity to influence how our interior design division develops. You'll help establish: White Coat Realty's interior design service standards. Client consultation processes. Design presentation templates. Preferred vendor relationships. Furniture and décor sourcing standards. Project budgeting procedures. Installation and final walkthrough standards. Client communication practices. Processes for coordinating interior design with our other concierge services. You'll also collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing team to showcase completed projects through photography, video, social media, and other marketing channels—with appropriate client permission. Your work will become an important part of how people experience the White Coat Realty brand. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate combines exceptional taste with exceptional execution. We're looking for someone who: Has professional experience in interior design, residential design, luxury residential services, or a closely related field. Has a strong portfolio demonstrating residential interior design work. Understands space planning, furniture selection, color, lighting, materials, and styling. Can translate a client's preferences into a cohesive design vision. Has excellent client-service and communication skills. Is comfortable working with discerning, busy professionals. Can confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Has experience managing project budgets and timelines. Can build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Is comfortable making independent decisions and solving problems quickly. Understands that luxury is as much about service and convenience as it is about aesthetics. Has exceptional attention to detail. Is comfortable traveling locally to client homes, showrooms, installations, and vendor locations. Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being created. A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in luxury residential design, high-end real estate, hospitality, relocation, home staging, or concierge services is highly desirable. Why White Coat Realty? This is an opportunity to help build something from the beginning. Instead of joining an established design department and following someone else's processes, you'll have the opportunity to help shape what interior design means within White Coat Realty. You'll work with professionals who often have the financial ability to create extraordinary homes—but don't necessarily have the time to coordinate every detail themselves. That's where we come in.
White Coat Realty offers:
6 weeks of paid time off. Company vehicle provided. Company phone provided. Company laptop provided. Comprehensive company benefits. Flexible/hybrid work environment. Significant autonomy over design projects. Direct collaboration with company leadership. The opportunity to establish vendor relationships and design processes from the ground up.
