We're looking for an organized, personable Interior Design & ECommerce Coordinator who enjoys working with customers and keeping projects moving from order to completion. What You'll Do As our Interior Design & Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll play an important role in both customer experience and our day-to-day office operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as a lead point of contact for customer service Processing online orders and distributing them to our workroom and sample department Assisting customers by phone and email with product questions, rug recommendations, and order information Reviewing open orders and proactively identifying ways to keep projects on schedule Preparing customer quotes and providing inventory availability and shipping information Invoicing and clearing shipped orders Organizing and filing completed orders Working with other departments to help ensure orders move smoothly from purchase through shipment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a background or interest in interior design who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping projects on track. An eye for design is a plus, but just as important is the ability to communicate clearly, manage details, and provide great customer experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable assisting customers over the phone and through email Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability and willingness to learn about our website, internal systems, and accounting software Interior design, retail, or customer service experience preferred Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred Why You'll Love Working Here We believe work should be rewarding without taking over your life.
