The role combines sales and administrative work: keeping communication clear and consistent between clients and the company throughout each project, and following up with prospective customers. Above all, this role requires integrity in your work and a commitment to following our internal SOP as projects progress, serving as the point of contact between client and company for updates, tasks, and sign-offs. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer questions about products and services Follow up on sales leads with new and existing customers Prepare estimates, request purchase orders, create sales orders, and process deposits Handle data entry, filing, and incoming phone calls Maintain the showroom, including samples, displays, and product literature Qualifications High school diploma required; trade school or some college preferred Excellent phone and business communication skills Be fluid and comfortable with computers and software: MS Office software experience, such as Word and Excel, required Experience with countertop-focused CRM software a plus, but training is offere QuickBooks experience a plus Experience in kitchen and bath, countertops, or within the industry trade preferred, but we would be willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of Cyncly 2020 Design Flex is a strong bonus To Apply Email your resume to with "Sales Representative - Cherry Hill" in the subject line.
