This is an outstanding opportunity for a top-performing designer who enjoys working directly with homeowners, creating beautiful spaces, and earning an exceptional income. $100,000-$250,000+ annual earning potential, with $200,000+ being a realistic goal for motivated, experienced professionals. Responsibilities Work primarily from our Santa Fe DeVargas Mall Design Center. Generate new business from showroom walk-in traffic. Meet with company-generated leads throughout Northern New Mexico. Design custom kitchens and bathrooms that fit each homeowner's style and budget. Guide customers through product selections, layouts, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, tile, and finishes. Present proposals and close remodeling projects. Manage projects through the design phase and coordinate a smooth transition into production. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion.

Qualifications Required:

Experience in the home improvement remodeling industry, specifically kitchen and bathroom design. Proven success designing and selling remodeling projects. Strong understanding of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and remodeling products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to generate business from showroom traffic and company-provided leads. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
