Position Overview We are seeking a talented and organized Interior Designer to lead the design aspect of residential remodeling projects. This role is responsible for guiding clients through material and finish selections, developing project drawings, and coordinating with trades to ensure accurate pricing and smooth execution. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay highly organized across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee project design from concept through completion Measure and manage design drawings and layouts for remodeling projects Guide clients through material and finish selections (cabinetry, fixtures, flooring, etc.) Shop and source products that align with project scope, budget, and design vision Meet with subcontractors and trades on-site to review plans and obtain accurate project quotes Collaborate with sales, project managers, and production teams to ensure design intent is executed properly Maintain organized documentation of selections, drawings, and project details Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, team members, and trade partners Qualifications Strong design sense with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with design software and construction drawings preferred Knowledge of residential remodeling processes and materials is a plus Key Traits for Success Creative with a natural flair for design Proactive and solution-oriented Detail-driven and organized Professional and client-focused

Pay:

$58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
