Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience in high-end residential design to join our collaborative and fast paced boutique studio. This individual will take ownership of projects, independently leading the interior design process from concept through design development, documentation, procurement, installation and completion. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design sensibility with strong project management skills, initiative and the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design,including new construction and renovation projects.

Exceptionaldesign sensibility with experience developing interior concepts, material and finish palettes, furnishings, lighting, and custom details.

Strong knowledge of materials,furnishings, construction processes, and interior documentation standards.

Extensive experience producing and overseeing detaileddesign documentation, including custom millwork, cabinetry, and finish specifications.

Proven ability to independently lead interior design projects, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and fabricators.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement and deliverables across multiple projects.

Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to anticipate project needs, solve problems, manage competing priorities and drive projects forwards with minimal oversight.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience leading and mentoring project teams while maintaining overall design vision and project objectives.

Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required;3D modeling and graphic software skills preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field required;NCIDQ certification preferred.

Must be Prepared to commute daily to office location in Austin, TX
