From stunning interior shutters and drapery to automated roller shades and our newly expanded line of premium exterior Shades and awnings, we help our clients bring beauty, comfort, and energy efficiency to their living spaces. We are looking for a creative, motivated and customer focused Design Consultant to join our team and help our clients transform their homes across the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Role As a Design Consultant, you will be the face of our brand. You'll guide clients through the design process, helping them select the perfect window treatments to match their style, functional needs, and budget.
Key Responsibilities In Home Consultations:
Meet with Clients in their homes, to understand their vision, assess their spaces and showcase product samples
Design & Specifying:
Recommend the ideal solutions from our extensive portfolio, including blinds, custom shades, drapery and outdoor shade/awning solutions
Precise Detailing:
Take basic window measurements and work closely with our professional installation team to ensure a flawless final fit.
Quote & Close :
Generate accurate quotes, present design proposals and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Relationship Building:
Foster lasting relationships with local homeowners, builders and interior designers, both in the field and in our Showroom. What We're Looking For An Eye for
Design:
You have a passion for interior design, color theory and home aesthetics
People First:
You are warm , approachable and an excellent listener who can translate a client't vague ideas into a stunning reality
Detail Oriented:
Accurate measurements and detailed order specifications are crucial to our "perfect fit" guarantee.
Local Savvy:
Familiarity with Kerrville , Fredericksburg and the surrounding communities is highly preferred. Prior experience in window coverings, interior design, or luxury home furnising is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidated with a natural eye for style!
