Showroom & In-Home Client Consultations About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative & Designer to guide our clients through the entire remodeling process—from initial consultation and space planning to accurate project estimating, project coordination, and final portfolio presentation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who combines strong sales drive, technical design skills, and clear communication to deliver a seamless customer experience and represent our company with integrity. Key Requirements & Expectations 1.
Qualifications & Core Technical Skills Industry Experience:
2-3+ years of proven sales and design experience in kitchen and bath remodeling.
Showroom & In-Home Consultations:
Comfortable conducting professional design consultations, reading floor plans and architectural drawings, taking field measurements and assessing job-site conditions when needed.
Accurate Estimating:
Able to review project line items carefully and prepare accurate estimates. Must take responsibility for identifying missing materials, labor, scope items, and potential costs before submitting an estimate for management review.
Product Knowledge:
Able to learn and confidently recommend our cabinetry, countertops, tile, and other remodeling products based on the customer's needs, design, and budget.
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
Reliability & Mobility:
Possess a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and a commitment to a consistent, punctual work schedule, including mandatory Saturday availability. 2.
Sales Strategy & Customer Service Value-Driven Presentations:
Design custom kitchen and bathroom solutions using our product lines that maximize space functionality, aesthetic appeal, and budget

Lead Follow-Up & Closing:
Respond promptly to leads, maintain consistent follow-up, develop proposals, and confidently guide qualified customers toward a purchasing decision.
Lead Generation & Networking:
Maximize conversion on company-provided showroom and phone leads while actively cultivating local referral sources (contractors, realtors, past clients) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Autonomous Problem-Solving:
Address customer questions, job friction, and minor complaints independently, escalating to management only when necessary.
Customer Relationships:
Provide excellent service throughout the sales and project process to encourage positive reviews, repeat business, and referrals. 3.
Project Coordination & Teamwork Installation Team Handoff:
Provide clean scopes of work, detailed design specs, and thorough project notes to installation crews to ensure jobs run smoothly and on schedule.
Project Communication:
Maintain clear communication with customers, installers, and internal team members to help projects stay organized and run smoothly.
Teamwork & Integrity:
Maintain a positive and respectful working relationship with team members. We value collaboration, honesty, accountability, and customer service over internal competition.
Ownership:
Take responsibility for your customers and projects and proactively communicate when an issue needs attention. 4.
Marketing & Showroom Support Project Showcase Support:
Help organize completed project photos and videos into clean visual "before & after" summaries or simple presentation templates for marketing and social media use.
General Showroom Support:
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times. Assist with routine showroom organization and other reasonable duties as needed to support smooth daily operations.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
