Job Requirements Strong background in kitchen and bath design and sales Proficiency in using 2020 design software Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Job site/field measuring and basic math skills Showroom floor duty, including occasional Saturdays Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Basic PC skills, as well as Microsoft Office and CRM tools Responsibilities Provide best-in-class attention and service to all customers in the showroom. Manage the complete sales process for each client, from leads, to initial meetings, to site visits and field measurements, to final installations and post-sale follow-ups. Prepare insightful design proposals that incorporate customer budgets, style preferences, and requirements, including drawings, renderings, and product specifications. Stay current in all aspects of training related to products, promotions, design tools, and selling techniques, as well as compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and materials Perform various administrative duties, including preparing various reports, processing sales transactions and contracts, and assisting with payment receipts. Contribute individually and collectively to the overall success and professional reputation of the business.
