This role will help bridge communication between Japanese and English speaking employees, ensuring that operational information, instructions, and workplace discussions are communicated clearly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Provide Japanese to English and English to Japanese interpretation. Support communication between management, employees, and visiting personnel. Interpret during meetings, production discussions, training, and daily workplace communication. Help ensure production and operational instructions are communicated accurately. Provide translation support for basic documents, instructions, and internal communications as needed. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling business information. Support effective cross-cultural communication within the workplace. Qualifications Professional level Japanese and English communication skills. Ability to interpret smoothly and accurately in both languages. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills preferred. Previous interpretation or manufacturing experience is a plus.
