Responsibilities Provide high-quality interpretation services during consultations, client meetings, trial preparations, and other legal proceedings—both in person and over the phone. Deliver consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Spanish, English, and Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications. Perform sight translations of legal documents for clients and attorneys, conveying meaning with precision. Accompany clients and attorneys to USCIS interviews, offering interpretation support as needed. Translate legal and administrative documents between interpreting sessions with attention to legal terminology and cultural context. Offer administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all client and attorney information, in accordance with legal and ethical standards. standards. Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate degree with a minimum of two years of professional interpreting experience

Certification:

Translator/Interpreter certification preferred

Language Proficiency:

Full professional fluency in both

Spanish and English Experience:

Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in interpreting and translating in a professional setting
