Qualifications:

Current certification as an ASL interpreter Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred Strong communication and professionalism in educational environments Ability to work with high school students and adapt to dynamic program needs Commitment to confidentiality and ethical interpreting practices

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret for after-school band sessions Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:45-5:30 p.m., and Thursdays from 6-8:30 p.m. Provide interpreting services during high school football games as scheduled Facilitate clear and effective communication between students, staff, and others Collaborate with educators and program coordinators to understand event needs Maintain accurate records of interpreting assignments as required by the school
