Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL), with ability to interpret in an educational setting Previous experience supporting pediatric populations or working 1:1 with students Understanding of developmental needs from Pre-K through grade 8 Knowledge of best practices in school-based interpretation Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to adapt to various educational environments and student needs National and/or state credentials in sign language interpreting (preferred) Ability to pass background checks and meet district compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:
