With over 26 years of experience in AV, lighting, and live event production, we deliver professional and creative solutions for clients across industries, including automotive events, exhibitions/trade shows, and product launches. We also provide exhibition booth build and on‑site installation services, and we are currently expanding our U.S. team to support this growth. Lighting Technician Job Responsibilities Install and commission on‑site lighting equipment in accordance with client requirements. Operate and maintain lighting‑related equipment. Carry out on‑site lighting layout, operate lighting console and manage lighting effects during events; capable of developing various lighting layout plans. Complete other work assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Proficient in commissioning and maintenance of stage lighting equipment (MA and Tiger lighting consoles), familiar with live show lighting control workflow. Possess stage lighting design capability; able to independently complete on‑site installation, commissioning and real‑time operation during performances. Familiar with computers and low‑voltage equipment installation & commissioning; able to deliver professional training on lighting technology. Audio Technician Job Responsibilities Install and commission audio equipment for conferences, exhibitions, performances and other events. Accurately realize client requirements and sound effects to achieve expected outcomes. Familiar with on‑site cabling, installation and commissioning of audio gear. Follow company safety regulations within job scope, operate in strict accordance with safety procedures to prevent accidents. Qualifications Hands‑on experience operating audio equipment for conferences, exhibitions and live events. Skilled at analog mixing consoles, Yamaha analog consoles, M32, X32, GLD; proficient in one or multiple digital mixing consoles. Familiar with computers, low‑voltage construction and low‑voltage equipment commissioning & installation. Strong hands‑on skills, proactive and efficient. Video Technician Job Responsibilities Responsible for video system setup, equipment commissioning, console assembly and operation for conferences, exhibitions and performances. Accurately realize client requirements and visual effects to achieve expected outcomes. Follow company safety regulations within job scope, operate in strict accordance with safety procedures to prevent accidents. Qualifications Proficient in E2 video switcher, Watchout, S3 video editing system, Barco projectors, LED screen setup and LED processor configuration. Skilled in Office suite, CAD, SketchUp and other drawing software. Familiar with AV equipment for large‑scale events and full workflow including setup, rehearsal, showtime and strike/teardown.
