You will lead installations, service, and maintenance of outdoor lighting systems at residential properties across the East Bay and surrounding areas, while guiding and mentoring crew members on-site. Proven trades experience, comfort working at heights, and a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record are required.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced tradesperson who leads by example and takes pride in doing hands-on work with care and precision. You have led or overseen crews on job sites and can direct, train, and hold others to a high standard. Experience leading crews is preferred but not required. You are comfortable working at heights and ladders, including second-story rooflines and elevated structures. You bring proven experience in trades like roofing, construction, solar panel installation, and window cleaning. Electrical experience is a plus but not a requirement. You communicate professionally and represent the company well in front of homeowners and clients. You hold a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. You are dependable, self-motivated, and take good care of tools, vehicles, and materials.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead installations, repairs, and maintenance of outdoor lighting systems at residential properties. Direct and mentor crew members, assign tasks, and ensure work meets our quality and safety standards. Run wire, install junction boxes, mount fixtures, and connect lighting components safely and efficiently. Work at heights including second-story rooflines using ladders and proper safety equipment. Transport, set up, and safely operate extension ladders and heavy equipment on job sites. Troubleshoot electrical and system issues and perform quality repairs. Serve as the on-site point of contact, communicating professionally with homeowners and clients. Stay in regular contact with the owner to report on job progress, issues, and completion. Maintain tools, vehicles, and materials in good working order and enforce all safety protocols.
