About Us Supreme Holiday Lighting is growing our installation team for the 2026 holiday season. We design, install, service, and remove professional holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida. Job Summary What to
Expect:
This is an active, hands-on job performed primarily outdoors. Daily responsibilities may include climbing ladders, working from an aerial lift, installing lights on homes, palms, trees, and landscaping, servicing displays, and organizing equipment and materials. During our busiest weeks, team members should be prepared to work 9+ hour days and up to six days per week. Our season lasts approximately three to four months and requires a strong commitment from start to finish. Previous holiday-lighting experience is not required. We provide training, although experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical work, tree service, or another hands-on trade is a plus. Pay:
Estimated peak-season earnings of $1,200-$1,800 per week for full-time team members, depending on position, experience, hours worked, and overtime
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available. Training begins in October 2026. Requirements Applicants must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on ladders and at different heights. You should be able to lift at least 50 pounds, follow safety procedures, communicate with your crew, and behave professionally while working at customers' properties. Good Fit:
People with experience completing physically demanding outdoor work, including landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, pressure washing, tree service, or exterior maintenance People who are comfortable working at heights and in South Florida's heat and changing weather People who arrive ready to work, stay productive, and take responsibility for finishing the job correctly People who can work efficiently with a partner or small crew without constant supervision People who pay attention to details and treat customers' homes and landscaping with care
