Job Description

Summary Located in the vibrant Atlanta Metro area, Trilith LIVE is designed to host concerts, rehearsals, live audience productions, conventions, corporate meetings, performing arts, tradeshows, exhibitions, special events, and much more. Spanning 530,000 square feet, Trilith LIVE features a 2,200-seat theater, 50,000 square feet of sound stages, multi-purpose meeting rooms, support space, dressing rooms, green rooms, production offices, suites, wardrobe, audience holding areas, outdoor plaza areas, full-service catering and concessions, box office, and a 730-space parking deck. Essential Responsibilities AV Operate a GrandMA 3 console for live, in house events Assist Clients with integration of rented equipment including lights and consoles Set up, wire, and patch fixtures on stage as needed Work closely with clients, event managers, and team members to understand AV needs and provide solutions that meet these requirements Provide technical advisement to other departments upon request Assist proactively troubleshooting and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to live events Work closely with the venue's AV Manager & clients during shows and events. Requirements Knowledge of GrandMA 3 ecosystem Ability to "busk" shows with little time or creative direction Knowledge of DMX over networking protocols Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Available to work variety of shifts, including mornings/evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays. Reliable transportation to and from the venue. Physical Demands / Work Environment While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, and sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers with dexterity; and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be louder during live events.
