ABOUT THE ROLE

Full-time, year-round crew leader position on our lighting installation team - making homes and businesses look like a million bucks.

Create beautiful, custom displays with high attention to detail for holiday lighting, landscape/patio lighting, wedding/event lighting, and permanent lighting services throughout the year
Lead and motivate one of our amazing teams while ensuring a productive, supportive, and positive atmosphere
Ensure the highest standards for safety, efficiency, and aesthetics on every project
Provide courteous communication and exceptional service as you interact with customers and ensure proper care of their property
Demonstrate respectful and proper use of company equipment and materials
