Pay:

Full-time $30/hour Job Summary Join our fast-growing team as a Lead Lighting Technician installing year-round permanent holiday lighting across West Michigan. This is a part-time role to start with 2-3 weeks of training, which will grow into a full-time role with more hours and higher pay. This energetic role requires a hands-on, fast-paced, problem-solving, detail-oriented professional who thrives in outdoor environments, climbing ladders and working on rooftops. Duties Lead permanent lighting installations by being the first line of communication with customers on-site, performing installation, and leading the installation team. Work with project manager to prep and game plan installations Complete accurate job documentation (photos, checklists, time tracking) Manage job site organization and cleanliness Communicate professionally with homeowner/business owner Qualifications Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working on rooftops Strong attention to detail, since clean precise installs are what keep our customers happy Ability to solve problems, communicate well with customers, move quickly, lead a team, and manage time effectively while following safety procedures Strong work ethic, reliable, able to show up when scheduled, and work independently once trained Experience in a hands-on trade (construction, electrician, roofing, solar installer, painter, carpentry, etc.) is required.
