Job Responsibilities:

Utilizing Syteline (ERP System) to enter product specifications, including dimensions of ODs, lengths, hole configurations, flutes, steps, and other finite details. Ensure specifications meet technical specifications and manufacturing requirements. Respond to sales and customer Request for Quote (RFQ) by providing formal quotes within an established timeline of four hours or less. Communicate daily with the technical manager, contract review and scheduling teams, plant floor operators, salesperson and customers to ensure questions and concerns are resolved for any updates to quotes. Interact with manufacturing to stay current on best practices and capabilities of the organization to mitigate risk of incorrect information at quoting stage. Ensure finalized quote status with the sales team to determine the status and discuss any changes or customer requests. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree in business or related field is preferred. One year manufacturing experience required. Knowledge of database software, internet software, manufacturing software, order processing systems, spreadsheets, quality and work processing required Specific knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks and ERP software preferred Pay and Benefits We pay a wage matched to applicable experience.
