Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed About the Position A growing service company in the Farmingdale, NJ area is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Christmas Light Installation Technicians for the upcoming holiday season. No previous Christmas light installation experience is required. We are willing to train the right person! If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable working with ladders and heights, and like seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great opportunity for you. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity for individuals who are a great fit for our team. What You'll Do As a Christmas Light Installation Technician, you will work alongside a team to professionally install holiday lighting and décor for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Install Christmas and holiday lighting on homes and properties Install roofline and fascia lighting Install lighting on trees and shrubs Set up specialty holiday décor and displays Lay out and organize materials for each job Perform basic electrical-related tasks associated with lighting installations Safely climb and work from ladders Work on roofs and at various heights Ensure installations are neat, secure, and completed correctly Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide professional and friendly service while at customer properties Work efficiently as part of an installation team Follow all company and safety procedures What We're Looking For Experience is not required. We are more interested in finding dependable people with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn.

Be comfortable working outdoors Be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Be comfortable walking and working on roofs Have strong attention to detail Be dependable and show up ready to work Be able to follow instructions and accept coaching Work well independently and as part of a team Have basic math skills Take pride in producing quality work Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers Be willing to follow established safety procedures and company guidelines Previous experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, pest control, maintenance, electrical work, outdoor services, or other hands-on positions can be helpful but is not required.
