As a Stage Technician, you'll help set the stage for unforgettable guest experiences by supporting audio, lighting, staging, and production operations. How You Will Create the Extraordinary What You'll Do Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of stage, lighting, sound, and production equipment for entertainment events and special functions. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of stage and production equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. Support entertainers, production crews, vendors, and event staff during rehearsals and live performances. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with repairs as needed. Follow production schedules, event timelines, and supervisor instructions to ensure successful event execution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment backstage and in production areas. Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide outstanding internal and external guest service while promoting a positive team environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Support our team with warmth, efficiency, and a touch of flair! What You Will Need What you'll need Previous experience in stage production, live entertainment, theater, concert production, or a related technical field preferred. Basic knowledge of audio, lighting, rigging, and stage equipment. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Must be able to obtain and maintain all necessary gaming and employment licenses as required. Additional requirements Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift during scheduled shifts. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in varying backstage and production environments.
