We have openings for both Holiday Lighting & Decoration Installers and Warehouse Crew Members . No holiday lighting experience is required—we provide the training you need.

Approximately 40-50 hours per week during peak season

Some full-day part-time positions may be available About the Position Our holiday season begins in mid-September as we prepare and install professional Christmas lighting and decorations for residential and commercial clients throughout the Cincinnati area. Installations continue through just before Christmas, followed by removal and organization of decorations during January and February. This is a seasonal position lasting approximately 5-6 months. Once the holiday season is complete, opportunities for continued employment may be available with our sister companies in landscaping, exterior lighting, and pest control. We have two primary positions available: Holiday Lighting & Decoration Installer Installers typically work as part of a 2-3 person crew and are responsible for helping bring our clients' holiday displays to life.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Preparing and loading materials for scheduled jobs Traveling to residential and commercial properties Installing roofline lighting, wreaths, garland, tree lighting, and other exterior holiday decorations Working from extension ladders, stepladders, and occasionally rooftops Using basic hand tools and installation equipment Troubleshooting and maintaining holiday displays Unloading and organizing materials at the end of the day Removing holiday lighting and decorations after Christmas Your first several days will include classroom and hands-on field training covering our installation methods, equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards. Warehouse Crew Prefer to stay on the ground? We also have seasonal warehouse positions available . Our warehouse team plays an important role in keeping installation crews organized, prepared, and moving efficiently throughout our busiest time of year.
Warehouse responsibilities include:
Organizing and preparing holiday lighting and décor Pulling and preparing materials for upcoming installations Testing, assembling, and prepping lighting and decorations Loading and unloading company trucks Receiving and organizing materials returning from job sites Keeping inventory and decorations organized Helping installation crews get prepared for each day's jobs Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Assisting with organization and storage during the post-season takedown period Warehouse positions do not require working on roofs or extension ladders. What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable people who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in doing quality work.
Successful candidates should:
Be dependable and arrive on time Be organized and able to follow instructions Pay attention to detail Be comfortable working with basic hand tools Have basic math skills Work well as part of a team Be willing to learn our processes and procedures Be comfortable with a physically active work environment For Installer positions , applicants must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather and working from extension ladders, stepladders, and rooftops. A valid driver's license is preferred , and experience driving a truck or pulling a trailer is a plus. Some non-driving positions are also available. Previous experience in holiday lighting, electrical work, construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on work is helpful but not required . Schedule During our busy installation season, employees can expect approximately 40-50 hours per week , with work available up to six days per week. Our typical workday begins around 8:00 AM and ends around 5:00 PM , although finishing times may vary depending on workload, weather, and the day's projects. We have plenty of work throughout the season and are looking for team members who are ready to stay busy. Compensation $16-$27 per hour , depending on experience, responsibilities, and position.
