This Position Is Perfect For:

Electricians Low-voltage technicians Roofers Gutter installers Holiday lighting installers Siding installers HVAC technicians Window and door installers General construction professionals Anyone who enjoys working with their hands and producing high-quality work Responsibilities Install permanent architectural LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. Measure, cut, and install aluminum lighting track. Route and conceal low-voltage wiring for a clean, professional appearance. Install transformers, controllers, and lighting components. Test, troubleshoot, and program lighting systems. Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Deliver exceptional customer service on every project. Qualifications Experience in construction, electrical, roofing, gutters, low-voltage, or similar trades is preferred. Comfortable working on ladders and roofs. Physically able to lift 50+ pounds. Strong attention to detail. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Professional appearance and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Compensation Performance-based pay:

$1.50-$2.50 per linear foot installed. Pay rate is determined by experience, installation quality, efficiency, and reliability. Higher-producing installers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly position. Consistent, year-round work available.
