Holiday Lighting Boot Camp Candidates selected to move forward must attend our mandatory Holiday Lighting Boot Camp & Skills Assessment on two consecutive Saturdays in early September . Final hiring decisions are made after Boot Camp. Even if you're not selected, you'll leave with valuable hands-on training. Schedule Season begins October 1, 2026 .

Peak season:

October 31-December 20 . Takedowns continue through January 31, 2027 . Expect 5-6 workdays per week . Typical workdays are 8-10 hours , plus travel time. Sundays are generally off , although occasional commercial installations may be scheduled. Thanksgiving Day is the only guaranteed holiday off during the installation season. What We Provide Company uniforms. Company vehicles during the workday. Professional ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment. Hands-on training and ongoing coaching. Minimum Qualifications 21 years or older. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check. Reliable transportation to the daily crew meeting location. Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights. Physically able to lift and carry equipment. Available for the full October-January season and mandatory September Boot Camp. Preferred Experience Construction, roofing, gutters, holiday lighting, tree service, exterior painting, landscape lighting, electrical work, or lift operation.
