Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Lighting Installer role based in Dripping Springs, TX. The installer will assemble and install landscape and architectural lighting fixtures, run low-voltage wiring, set transformers, and ensure safe and reliable electrical connections. Daily tasks include loading and unloading tools and materials, digging trenches, setting fixtures, adjusting beam angles, and testing systems for proper operation. The role also involves troubleshooting existing installations, performing routine maintenance, assisting with holiday lighting setups, and keeping job sites clean and organized. Team members will work closely with designers, project leads, and homeowners to ensure that each project meets quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. Qualifications Ability to work with basic hand and power tools, install fixtures, and handle low-voltage wiring safely. Experience or strong interest in outdoor construction, landscaping, or related trades such as carpentry or electrical work. Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design plans, and commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety practices. Reliable transportation to Dripping Springs, TX job sites and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as project needs require. Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and professional interaction with clients and partners. Prior experience in outdoor lighting installation or low-voltage systems is a plus; willingness to learn and follow company training is essential. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; military or trade experience in a related field is welcomed.
