As a Talent Director on our Management Resources team, you'll recruit and advise finance and accounting professionals while partnering with some of Iowa's leading organizations. You'll help experienced consultants navigate career opportunities and ensure clients have access to the specialized talent needed to move important initiatives forward. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You'll become a trusted advisor to finance professionals, build deep relationships within the local business community, and play a direct role in helping companies solve complex business challenges.
