Real Focus Media is hiring a part-time Real Estate Photographer to serve the Chico area. No experience? No problem. We hire for integrity, professionalism, and personality. We train the skills. Compensation Overview Training Period:

$20 per hour, paid hourly while you learn.

After Certification:

After certification, you are paid per completed shoot, with clear tiered pay increases as you gain additional skills. Tier 1

Certified Photographer:

$24 per unit (each unit represents 60 mins of on site shoot time) Tier 2 Fully Certified /

Advanced Media:

$29 per unit Growth path to Lead Photographer with higher earning potential Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for job-related travel. What You'll Do Travel locally to residential properties Capture interior and exterior photos using our shot list Learn 3D tours, drone, video, and premium video services Represent our brand professionally with agents and homeowners Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations Look for ways to strengthen our brand and grow the business No editing required. We handle post-production. Schedule & Availability Part-time role averaging 15 to 25 hours per week to start, with growth potential to 30+ Work occurs primarily during daylight hours Occasional sunset appointments may be scheduled Flexible scheduling based on property bookings Must be comfortable with a schedule that changes week to week, with typical notice of a shoot 1-3 days in advance Real estate media is a seasonal industry, so hours naturally fluctuate throughout the year. Spring and summer are typically our busiest seasons, while fall and winter tend to be slower. As a result, weekly hours may vary based on market demand.
