Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our innovative media team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that tells engaging stories and elevates our brand presence across multiple platforms. Your expertise in photography and videography will help us produce high-quality images and videos that resonate with diverse audiences. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots and video recordings in various settings, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition. Operate professional camera equipment, including DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and video recording devices, to produce clear, vibrant visuals. Set up and manage lighting for video production to enhance mood and clarity while minimizing shadows or glare. Record high-quality audio using microphones and sound recording equipment to ensure crisp sound for videos. Edit photos and videos using media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator to create polished final products. Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement in videos. Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives. Manage post-production workflows efficiently, including color correction, sound editing, and media organization. Stay updated on industry trends and new equipment or software to continually improve content quality. Skills Real Estate experience a plus Strong experience with videography including filming, video recording equipment operation, and motion graphics creation. Technical proficiency with media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of sound recording for video production and audio/video processing to ensure high-quality output. Ability to tell compelling stories visually through effective framing, editing, and post-production techniques. Familiarity with video production workflows from pre-production planning through final delivery. Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills.
