Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Real Estate Photographer with Zillow Showcase and Flex Certification to elevate property listings through stunning visuals and compelling storytelling. Responsibilities Capture professional-grade photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties using advanced photography lighting equipment and videography tools. Operate commercial drone equipment for aerial videography flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance visual appeal while maintaining color accuracy through expert color management. Produce compelling video content utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software to tell visual stories that highlight property features. Manage shot composition, lighting setup, and art direction to create captivating imagery that aligns with client branding and marketing strategies. Conduct post-production tasks including photo editing, color correction, image processing, and video editing to deliver polished final products. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure satisfaction with the visual content delivered. Maintain photography gear, lighting equipment, drones, and editing software to ensure optimal performance for all assignments. Collaborate with sales teams or real estate agents to develop engaging social media content that maximizes property exposure online. Follow safety protocols during aerial videography flight operations and adhere to industry standards for commercial drone operation. Experience Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating shot composition, lighting mastery, and post-production skills. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing tools. Demonstrated ability in videography including filming techniques, visual storytelling, and video production workflows. Experience operating commercial drones for aerial videography flight operations in compliance with FAA or local regulations. Knowledge of color theory, color management techniques, and image processing best practices to produce vibrant yet natural-looking visuals. Familiarity with photography lighting equipment and techniques tailored for interior and exterior property shoots. Strong client communication skills with a focus on understanding client objectives and delivering exceptional results within deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
