About the Role Listing Edge Media is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to join our growing real estate media team serving the LaGrange, GA area. This role is about much more than taking photos. We like to say we are customer service professionals who happen to hold a camera! We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every agent and homeowner we work with. You'll travel to residential properties, capture professional listing media, communicate with clients, and represent our brand in the field. We provide structured training and proven processes to help you succeed, even if you are still developing your photography skills. What You'll Do Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments Capture professional real estate photos and videos using our established process Follow detailed shot lists, checklists, and quality standards Create a positive experience for real estate agents and homeowners Upload and organize completed media after shoots Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout every appointment Help ensure properties are photo-ready by going the extra step when needed Represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset Assist with outbound calls and lead generation when shoots are not scheduled This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your attitude, communication skills, and ability to serve customers are just as important as your photography skills. Schedule & Availability Approximately 20 hours per week Must be able to dedicate at least 2 full weekdays within typical business hours (9AM to 5PM) Weekend availability is be required initially for training Must be comfortable driving throughout the service area, including: LaGrange, GA Newnan, GA Columbus, GA Auburn/Opelika, AL Surrounding areas This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and understands that real estate is a schedule-driven business rather than a traditional fixed-hour position. Hours are not guaranteed and vary depending on season and demand. Compensation & Benefits Paid training: $15/hour After training: Starting at $22 per scheduled photoshoot/video unit (Each unit represents approximately 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time) Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile Part-time schedule with opportunity for growth Learn professional photography, videography, and real estate media skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Extremely detail-oriented and organized Friendly, personable, and comfortable working with people Customer-service focused Coachable and open to constructive feedback Willing to go the extra step to help clients Comfortable following systems, processes, and checklists Strong work ethic and self-motivated Comfortable learning new technology and software Able to communicate confidently over the phone for outbound calls Comfortable building relationships with real estate professionals A background in sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other client-facing roles is a plus. We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate effectively, and represent our company professionally. Photography experience is preferred but not required. We value personality, professionalism, reliability, and work ethic above all else. Requirements Reliable vehicle (2018 or newer preferred) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments Fiber internet connection at home iPhone 16 Pro or newer for video capture Access to a computer for uploading and organizing files Ability to learn and follow detailed processes Comfortable working in different residential environments with pets This position requires the ability to perform essential field-based tasks, including: Standing and walking for extended periods during property appointments Moving throughout residential properties, including navigating stairs, uneven surfaces, driveways, yards, and other varying terrain Carrying and positioning photography and video equipment as needed Candidates should be comfortable performing these physical activities as part of the normal responsibilities of the role.
