•2 positions available Position Purpose The Yearbook Sponsor is responsible for planning, organizing, and producing Concord Elementary School's annual yearbook. The sponsor works collaboratively with staff, students, photographers, and the yearbook publisher to create a high-quality publication that captures the memories and accomplishments of the school year. Primary Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of yearbook production. Develop and maintain a production timeline to ensure all publisher deadlines are met. Coordinate with the yearbook publishing company regarding layouts, submissions, and proofs. Collect photographs from school events, classrooms, field trips, clubs, and extracurricular activities. Work with teachers and staff to gather student information, class photos, and other yearbook content. Design and edit yearbook pages, ensuring accuracy in names, captions, and content. Recruit and supervise student helpers, when appropriate. Communicate yearbook ordering information to families and staff. Coordinate yearbook sales and distribution in collaboration with the school office. Ensure the yearbook reflects the school's mission, culture, and positive climate. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies regarding student privacy and photographs. Complete other duties related to yearbook production as assigned by the principal
