Optometric Technician Complete Eye Care of Medina - Medina, MN About the Role We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Optometric Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role (38-40 hours per week) where you will work directly with patients, assist our doctors with clinical testing, and support our clinic's daily flow. No optometry experience? That's okay — we provide comprehensive training. Greet and prepare patients for exams
Perform clinical workups, including but not limited to: auto-refraction, lensometry, tonometry, visual fields, muscle testing, pupil exams, Meibomian gland imaging, fundus photos, scans and Neurolens.
Assist with specialty care: Myopia management, Dry Eye Services and Vision Therapy
Accurately document patient history and test results in charts
Communicate clearly with patients about procedures, follow-ups, and care instructions Clinic Support
Manage and organize contact lens and specialty lens inventory
Maintain stock in exam and pre-test rooms
Care for and calibrate diagnostic equipment (opening and closing duties)
Return patient and pharmacy calls in a timely manner
Assist with front desk or optical duties as training progresses Team & Service Excellence
Support doctors and colleagues to ensure smooth patient flow
Respond to work communications and tasks daily
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Uphold clinic protocols, HIPAA standards, and patient confidentiality
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and patient-centered team culture What We're Looking For

Comfort with Windows-based software (MS Office) and basic computer skills — training provided for industry systems Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $20-$22 per hour
Full-time schedule: 38-40 hours per week, in person
