This position captures high-quality senior portraits while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client feels comfortable and confident throughout their session. The studio operates two weekdays per week and two Saturdays each month during the busy season (October through May) . When studio sessions are not scheduled, the Studio Photographer may assist with Picture Days, graduation events, school photography, customer service, equipment preparation, or other photography-related assignments. Because One Stop Grad proudly serves diverse school communities, the successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and be able to communicate professionally with students, parents, and school representatives in both languages. Essential Responsibilities Studio Photography Photograph senior portraits using company standards and lighting techniques. Guide students through posing, facial expressions, and wardrobe adjustments. Create a positive and relaxed photography experience. Capture a variety of poses and expressions to maximize customer selection. Maintain consistency in image quality and composition. Customer Experience Welcome students and families in a friendly and professional manner. Explain the portrait session process. Build rapport with students to create natural expressions. Assist customers with outfit changes and posing recommendations. Address customer questions professionally. Ensure every customer receives outstanding service. Studio Operations Prepare studio equipment before each session. Maintain lighting equipment, cameras, backdrops, and props. Keep the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready. Assist with appointment scheduling and customer check-in when needed. Ensure photography equipment is properly maintained and stored. Photography Production Support When the studio is not operating, responsibilities may include: Assisting with school Picture Days. Photographing graduation ceremonies and special events. Preparing photography equipment for field assignments. Uploading and organizing image files. Supporting the production team with photography-related projects. Assisting the Customer Success team during peak seasons. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Director of Photography & Customer Satisfaction. Coordinate with Photo Editors regarding image quality. Communicate effectively with Customer Success staff regarding appointments and customer needs.
